Our socks are made primarily from bamboo fibres (65–70%), blended with recycled polyamide (25–30%) and a touch of elastane (5%) for comfort, durability, and stretch. Bamboo is naturally soft, breathable, and odour-resistant.

Yes! 🌱 Bamboo requires less water, no pesticides, and grows quickly, making it one of the most sustainable materials for textiles. We also use plastic-free packaging and donate 10% of profits to animal conservation charities, so every purchase helps the planet.

We recommend:

• Wash at 30°C / cold wash to preserve softness.
  
• Do not tumble dry (air dry flat).
  
• Avoid bleach and ironing.
  
  With the right care, your socks will stay soft and comfy for years.

Yes! 🐾 We donate 10% of profits from every pair to animal conservation charities that protect the species featured on your socks.

You have 100 days from the purchase date to return your item. After 100 days, we can’t guarantee eligibility for store credit, refund, or exchange.

The item must be unused and with labels intact. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Yes! We offer free returns. However, note that the cost of original shipping is not refundable.

Once we get your return, we process it within 14 business days.

Yes. If you want a different size or design, just fill out our returns form or email us. If it’s a defect or wrong product, we’ll help arrange the exchange.

Sale items cannot be refunded. However, exchanges are possible for defective items or wrong orders.

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll get an email notifying you. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges won’t be refunded.

Unfortunately not - the unique nature of the mystery bundles means exchanges are not possible if you are unhappy with the sock design received.

UK Orders:

• Royal Mail Second Class: 3-4 working days, although generally 2-3 working days. During December, with Christmas rush, Carriers falling behind and bad weather, this can extend to 5-7 days.

• Royal Mail First Class: 1-3 working days, although generally 1-2 working days. During December, with Christmas rush, Carriers falling behind and bad weather, this can extend to 4-6 days.

• Fedex: 1-2 working days, although generally next working day if order received before 2pm on a working day. During December, with Christmas rush, Carriers falling behind and bad weather, this can extend to 2-3 days.

All weekday orders placed before 2 pm are processed the same day. Orders received after that—or on weekends—are processed the next working day.

Shipping times differ widely between countries. An estimate provided by regions:

• Europe: 8-10 days
• North America: 5-8 business days with standard tracked delivery, 2-4 business days with Fedex.
