The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
🐾 Processing time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All weekday orders are processed on the same day if before 2pm. All weekend orders are processed on Sundays and dispatched on Monday mornings.
🐾 Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the customer. Delivery will take up to 3 working days within the UK. Royal Mail Second Class deliveries take 2-3 business days to arrive. Royal Mail First Class deliveries arrive in 1-2 business days. Fedex deliveries arrive the next working day.
International Delivery
We am aim to dispatch these deliveries ASAP, but we are constrained to how long it will take for a parcel to be shipped overseas, so these shipping times will vary.
