How long does delivery take?
UK Orders:
- Royal Mail Second Class: 3-4 working days, although generally 2-3 working days. During December, with Christmas rush, Carriers falling behind and bad weather, this can extend to 5-7 days.
- Royal Mail First Class: 1-3 working days, although generally 1-2 working days. During December, with Christmas rush, Carriers falling behind and bad weather, this can extend to 4-6 days.
- Fedex: 1-2 working days, although generally next working day if order received before 2pm on a working day. During December, with Christmas rush, Carriers falling behind and bad weather, this can extend to 2-3 days.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
🐾 Processing time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All weekday orders are processed on the same day if before 2pm. All weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
🐾 Shipping time
- UK Delivery: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the customer. Delivery will take up to 3 working days within the UK. Royal Mail Second Class deliveries take 2-3 business days to arrive. Royal Mail First Class deliveries arrive in 1-2 business days. Fedex deliveries arrive the next working day.
- International Delivery: Shipping times differ widely between countries. An estimate provided by regions:
- Australasia: 12-16 days
- Europe: 8-10 days
- North America: 5-8 business days with standard tracked delivery, 2-4 business days with Fedex.
